Alberta Lt.-Gov. Salma Lakhani is scheduled to deliver the throne speech today at 3 p.m. to mark the start of the fourth session of the 30th legislature. The throne speech will focus on the Alberta Sovereignity Act and affordability concerns but will not include anything about legislation to protect the unvaccinated.
